Hoffman was limited in fundraising because she was a Clean Election Commission candidate.

I know this is a radical thought, but the Superintendent of Public Instruction should have background, experience, and a connection to public schools. Hoffman had it. Horne never had it. Yee doesn’t have it.

Horne is a Harvard educated lawyer and sat on the Paradise Valley school board for 24 years before first becoming SSPI in 2003.

Yee was on the Education committee staff in the AZ Legislature.

School boards are a springboard to higher office. (See Yee, Horne, Grijalva, et al) I'm not impressed that Horne is a lawyer or went to Harvard. Yee, being on the Ed committee in the 30 year R majority lege is also not impressive. She's just another one of the public school destroyers.

"Yee wants no limits on voucher spending, and she refuses to release records to 12News showing how $1 billion is spent on Empowerment Scholarship Accounts."

Few Republicans in AZ have done right by public education.

Then I guess it does not matter who wins the GOP nomination. BTW, currently the Republicans are 400K ahead in voter registrations statewide.

It probably doesn’t matter, because there are more public school supporters in all parties than voucher supporters.

So, what Dougie. 90 million registered voters didn't show up for the 2024 election. What's your point? That Democrats and Independents should stay home because of your useless comment?

More bias today "Sen. Wendy Rogers represents Flagstaff at the state Senate while supporting white nationalists and trying to ban gender affirming surgeries" Nice try at conflating Rogers as belonging to the White Nationalists. Akin to saying Kamala Harris is a member of BLM because she wrote them big checks-which she did.

Just so everyone knows. Douglas J Wolf followed me around on Substack, attacking my comments and notes and sparring with me. When he insulted me about my intelligence, I blocked him.

An impoverished billionaire with only $1 billion would have to spend $1 million for a thousand years to spend all their money.

Of course, if they wanted to spend $20 million a year, it would still take 500 years to spend it all, if they weren't earning anything in the mean time. 🤔

We need much higher taxes on billionaires!
