I read Laurie Roberts opinion in the Republic about Hobbs veto concerning disclosing donors for state contracts. It is a bad look for Hobbs. (I guess) if you look at it long term it could be made so political that only contractors who donate to certain political parties will be chosen, not for their proposals, but who they donated to in a certain cycle.
