Are voucher kids included on state schools grade? Asking for a friend.
Definitely not private schools, or homeschoolers but I’m not sure about Charters. For what that’s worth.

No vouchers needed for Charter schools, they are public schools, not private schools.

Do Charters get graded, I think that was the question I was trying to answer, they are public. (Which I did know)
